How do I get a duplicate title in Oregon?

If the vehicle was last titled in Oregon

1. Download and fill out the Oregon Duplicate Title Application
2. Submit the application
   • In person at the Department of Motor Vehicles
     • Time frame: 8-10 weeks
     • Cost to obtain: $77
   • By mailing the application to:

     • Time frame: 8-10 weeks

If the vehicle was last titled outside of Oregon

The registered titled owner(s) of the vehicle must apply for a duplicate title through the state in which the vehicle was last titled.
