How do I get a duplicate title in Oklahoma?

If the vehicle was last titled in Oklahoma

1. Download and fill out the Oklahoma Duplicate Title Application
2. Submit the application
   • In person at the Motor Vehicle Division
     • Time frame: 2 business days
     • Cost to obtain: $11
   • By mailing the application to:
   • Oklahoma Tax Commission
     Motor Vehicle Division
     2501 North Lincoln Boulevard
     Oklahoma City, OK 73194
     • Time frame: 6-8 weeks
     • Cost to obtain: $12.50

If the vehicle was last titled outside of Oklahoma

The registered titled owner(s) of the vehicle must apply for a duplicate title through the state in which the vehicle was last titled.
