How do I get a duplicate title in Mississippi?

If the vehicle was last titled in Mississippi

1. Download and fill out the Mississippi Duplicate Title Application
2. Submit the application
   • In person at the Department of Motor Vehicles
     • Time frame: 10-14 days (3 days for Fast Track)
     • Cost to obtain: $9 ($39 for Fast Track)
   • By mailing the application to:

If the vehicle was last titled outside of Mississippi

The registered titled owner(s) of the vehicle must apply for a duplicate title through the state in which the vehicle was last titled.
