If the vehicle was last titled in Wyoming

1. Visit your County Clerk to obtain and fill out the Wyoming Duplicate Title ApplicationNote: The application may vary between counties.
2. Submit the application in person to the County Clerk

If the vehicle was last titled outside of Wyoming

The registered titled owner(s) of the vehicle must apply for a duplicate title through the state in which the vehicle was last titled.
