- You may obtain title and registration applications online, by visiting the nearest Secretary of State facility, or by calling (800) 252-8980
- Submit the application
- In person at the Secretary of State Facility

The registered titled owner(s) of the vehicle must apply for a duplicate title through the state in which the vehicle was last titled.
