How do I get a duplicate title in Arkansas?

If the vehicle was last titled in Arkansas

1. Download and fill out the Arkansas Duplicate Title Application
2. Submit the application
   • In person at the Office of Motor Vehicles
     • Time frame: 3 weeks
     • Cost to obtain: $20
   • By mailing the application to:
     • Department of Finance and Administration

       • Time frame: 3 weeks
       • Cost to obtain: $20

If the vehicle was last titled outside of Arkansas

The registered titled owner(s) of the vehicle must apply for a duplicate title through the state in which the vehicle was last titled.
