How do I get a duplicate title in Arizona?

If the vehicle was last titled in Arizona

1. Download and fill out the Arizona Duplicate Title Application
2. Submit the application
   • In person at the Motor Vehicle Division
     • Time frame: Same day
     • Cost to obtain: $4
   • By mailing the application to:
     • Mail Drop 555M
       Motor Vehicle Division
       PO Box 2100
       Phoenix, AZ 85001-2100
       • Time frame: 2-3 weeks
       • Cost to obtain: $4

If the vehicle was last titled outside of Arizona

The registered titled owner(s) of the vehicle must apply for a duplicate title through the state in which the vehicle was last titled.
